It was wonderful to spend so much time with Sidonia in England (http://www.TheEnglishMansion.com/) who remains, as always, an inspiration. One of the most skilled, intelligent & creative Dominatrix’s I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

This week Alexandra Snow is a guest of honor at FetishCon in Florida. I am not attending this one but have attended several conventions which brought me together with peers from across the globe. I returned from England a few weeks ago. I’ve been enjoying the sunny weather in Vancouver so have been slower than usual with a trip recap blog.

It was a great trip, as always. It was wonderful to see so many friends & familiar faces. I filmed some awesome content, went to the Glastonbury festival, spent some extra time in central London this time…indulged in scones with jam & clotted cream (yum!).

I even got to spend some time with Alexandra Snow but I’ll do a separate blog post on that in the next week.

Camping Feb 2014

Lovely camping weather!

Camping in Canada in February? Sounds pretty crazy, doesn’t it? Well, it’s do-able if you have a heated camper, lots of wood for a campfire & the most important thing: hot springs! Some people call that “glamping” (glamorous camping).

A girlfriend & I have been camping together a few times a year for nearly 10 years. We usually go in the spring & fall but once in awhile we go in the winter. This time we had a couple of days of very cold, sunny weather with no snow. The last morning we woke up to beautiful snow! So we got the best of both.

There’s nothing like sitting in the hot springs with good friends & a couple of drinks.

My recent trip to Vegas as was so eventful I’ll have several blog posts to cover all the action. I’m starting with the end, for no particular reason.

My last morning in Vegas I filmed this vid of myself & Meggerz trying out the Hangover Heaven service. They come to your hotel room (if you want) & give you an IV drip of fluids to hydrate you & get you back on your feet. We loved it! Peru Trip 2013

I never meant for this to turn into a travel blog. It’s hard to write about my life without all the travel stuff though. Travel has been & continues to be such a significant part of my adult life.

I’ve been to Tokyo, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Hawaii, Mexico, England, France, Italy, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hungary & all over the US & Canada. I’ve just returned from three weeks in Peru.

I went with a few friends. We saw places. Met people. Played with pet monkeys in the Amazon jungle. Hung out with talking birds. Had some adventures. Went to high elevations & suffered from altitude sickness. We checked one of the wonders of the world “Machu Picchu” off the bucket list. The last day I went paragliding in Lima which was exhilarating. Every time I do one of these trips I learn more about myself & the world I live in. More importantly, I learn about the world beyond my door step. It makes me both appreciate what I have in Canada & also see how I take things for granite. It gives perspective.

I’ve always felt that one of the best things a person can do is travel, see the world. Not just all-inclusive resorts & comfy cruises (although they certainly have their appeal) but do the more challenging trips & SEE the world.

Photo’s & video’s can not duplicate the experience of being there in the flesh but maybe it will inspire you to go on your own adventure.
